Lab
InfoStretch Labs were developed to support the continuing demand for our services from global organizations. We offer our customers state-of-the-art technology for their development and testing solutions. Our Offshore labs are spread across two different locations: in Mumbai (the Financial Capital of India) where we have our Enterprise QA lab with a capacity of 200+ engineers and our state-of-the-art Mobile Testing Lab in Ahmedabad with capacity of 150+ Engineers. Compliance – ISO 9000
InfoStretch is ISO 9000 certified for quality management systems. InfoStretch facilities are located in growth-oriented, lower risk areas of India with availability of good technical and management talent. All of our facilities are guarded 24x7 by trained security personnel. We have separate secured areas for testing of mission critical financial systems and our facilities are electronically monitored through closed circuit television. We do rigorous background check of all of our employees. All the entry points to our facilities have an access control system and all the secure areas have additional identification systems.

Disaster Recovery
InfoStretch is committed to the success of our projects and seamless execution to meet client objectives. To ensure business continuity, we have real-time replication and backup servers in both our US and India offices. Our Disaster Recovery plans are tested twice yearly and we offer guaranteed SLA of recovery of operation within 48 hours in the event of unavoidable circumstances or disaster.

Security
We treat security of our client information and systems with utmost importance. We connect using VPN end point security mechanism with our client infrastructure and have dedicated routers, as well as subnets to manage the logs of activities. Some InfoStretch offices are connected using dedicated telecom lines. Most of our facilities are equipped with internet and phone connectivity from at least two different service providers with 99.99% uptime guarantee. We’ve built additional resiliency by taking bandwidth from four different ISPs. We have VOIP-based phone connectivity across all of our global centers. In addition we also have distinct download servers to handle high bandwidth requirements
